Riva Food & Beverage, one of the areas which has made history at Expo Riva Hotel, dedicated to everything about eating and drinking out and the new technologies for cooking, keeping and presenting food products at their best. Three exhibition pavilions dedicated to food products, large scale kitchen equipment and the world of beverages.

In the exhibition area there is space for a multitude of ideas:

AWithin the beverage pavilion there will also be SOLOLIO – italian olive oil excellence on show dedicated exclusively to D.O.P. and single variety extra-virgin olive oils which in just two editions has met with satisfaction among exhibitors and above all, with the trade visitors in search of quality proposals for their guests at table. SOLOLIO will be further extended to offer both more space and more courses and tastings.
